The Fine Print
Studio policies.
A few ground rules so every appointment runs smooth — for you, for Mel, and for the next client in the chair.
Booking
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your scheduled appointment.
Late
Running more than 5 minutes behind? Please reach out to confirm we can still fit you in. If the delay means we can’t service you, your deposit is forfeited.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice. Anything after that forfeits the deposit and requires a new 50% deposit to rebook.
Cancelling
Any cancellation is a forfeited deposit. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer the spot to another client.
No-Call, No-Show
If you no-call, no-show, you will be placed on a “do not book” list. The only way to be rebooked is to pay for your service in full at the time of booking. No exceptions.
